I am a bilingual/bicultural Latina therapist often described as kind, honest and knowledgeable. Having gone through personal struggles myself, I offer genuine empathy and compassion. My preferred modalities for therapy are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, client centered, and strength based with a touch of humor. Licensed in the state of California (LMFT #138011)
